What Are the Main Claims in the Case?
Essentially, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on November 2025, brought a lawsuit against Roblox accusing it in very serious terms of misleading parents about the real safety of the platform and “putting pixel pedophiles and profits” ahead of the safety of children in the state. Sure enough, when this action was taken by Ken Paxton, no doubt, a lot of parents out there were in support of him because these cases were just increasing in numbers day after day.

Well, the allegations are pretty similar actually, like the state accused Roblox of deceiving families in Tennessee about the safety risks that are quite serious and of creating an environment dangerous for children, in which the state claims the company has been profiting from their activity. The state wants Roblox to fix this as soon as possible, and sure enough, this whole thing is massively downgrading Roblox’s popularity in the country.
